Pear Printer Account Deletion Policy
Users can permanently delete their Pear Printer account and all associated cloud data at any time. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or use the self-service portal below.
What Data is Permanently Deleted
- User Account & Profile: Email address, login credentials, and user IDs.
- Kitchen Preferences: Custom initials, label alignments, font sizing, and Bluetooth printer settings.
- Label History & Logs: All printed food prep logs, timestamps, and audit records.
- Team Infrastructure: Group memberships, team member seats, and manager assignments.
Data Retention & Subscriptions
Pear Printer does not retain your personal data after deletion. All user documents are permanently purged from Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication.
Note on In-App Subscriptions: Financial transaction records for subscriptions are processed and held by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their statutory accounting regulations. Deleting your Pear Printer account does not automatically cancel active app store subscriptions; please cancel recurring subscriptions directly in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Account Deletion Portal
To prevent unauthorized account deletion, sign in with your Pear Printer credentials to verify account ownership and execute deletion:
Warning: This cannot be undone
Deleting your account will immediately and permanently erase:
- Your user profile and credentials
- Kitchen initials and personalized printer settings
- All printed label logs and audit history
- Team memberships, manager delegations, and team seat access
* Note: If you have an active auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it in your device store settings to prevent renewal by Apple/Google.
Account Deleted
Your Pear Printer account and all associated data have been permanently removed from our servers.

If you still have Pear Printer installed on your device, open the app, tap the Settings gear icon at the top right, scroll down, and tap Delete Account.
